Charlotte was perfect with my young cat and anxious cat. I was worried about my anxious cat but Charlotte met him beforehand and sent loads of pictures everyday of them both. With things I forgot to say, Charlotte managed to figure things out for the safety of my cats,I'm so grateful for that. My cats adored her. Thankyou so much.My boys are happy
