Hikes, walks, care in Acadia!
I love dogs (and cats) more than anything! I am happy to treat your fur babies to the finest care during the day, overnight, while you are on vacation, or once in awhile for walks, hikes, check ins, at your place or mine! A popular request has been from folks on vacation who need someone to hang out with their pets at their campground/rv/hotel/air bnb while they enjoy the park, biking, boating or going out to eat. Sometimes locals have important meetings or long hours out of town obligations and their pets need company. Book dog sitting/pet sitting for the day for this service! Just need a check in for food/water/potty break? Book a walk or check in! For boarding, My husband and I have a wonderful centrally located home in the Acadia region off the island. We have a fenced in yard and can take the stress out of leaving your pets while on vacation. Pick up and drop off can be arranged at the head of the island if requested. Wedding or event coming up? I can be your pets chaperon then too, just ask :) Need to exercise your pup? Mini day hikes available too- custom fit for your pups comfort.

Charlotte is the best!! We have a very anxious dog, with separation issues. He warmed right up to Charlotte and did great! He even allowed her to take him for a walk, which he has never done with any other dog sitter. We were camping in Acadia and left him for 5 hours with her, which allowed us to go out to dinner and walk around Bar Harbor. We are so grateful and will definitely be using Charlotte's services again!!

Charlotte is the best!! Couldn’t imagine a better fit for our Mabel. She got lots of rubs and treats and exercise and had fun with Charlotte’s doggos. She can’t wait to come again!
Charlotte is a true gem! She welcomed my girl Zuzu into her home as if she were part of the family. Zuzu stayed with her for over a week, going on trail walks, lounging in their fenced in yard, and getting lots of cuddle time. I could tell from all the wonderful photos that Charlotte sent throughout the week that Zuzu was in her element and she was feeling like part of Charlotte’s pack! The messages and photos really put my heart at ease and I was able to travel knowing that my girl was receiving the BEST care!! I am so relieved to have found Charlotte!!!
Charlotte was excellent!! She was super flexible and accommodating to us and our needs - and our dog Walle LOVED being with her! She treated him beautifully- took him for many walks, gained his trust easily and she was very attentive to him and his character. She is a the quintessential dog person !! I wouldn’t hesitate to use her for all your pet needs!
Charlotte was so kinda, caring and sheparding for Auggie! I felt super comfortable leaving him with Charlotte while i went on a run in the park. she quickly knew how to watch him and had confidence dealing with some of his reactivity. Would absolutely book her again if we're in the neighborhood!

Our home offers a wonderful spacious lawn and garden area for the pups with a secure 4' ht enclosed fence. Guest pets enjoy supervised play time and leashed walks on our 100 acres and trails. Inside our home guest pets get full roam to hang, unlimited toys, approved treats and total pampering. Pups hang with me all day for a low stress, relaxing stay! Pet sitting at your home is welcome too with the same care and attention!
