Flexible to suit your pet’s needs!

Pet care experience

Hi, I am Charlotte – your pet’s new best friend! I am a pet-loving person with years of hands-on experience and a genuine passion for caring for animals of all shapes and sizes. Working from home with flexible schedules allows me to offer care as early as 6 AM and as late as needed—perfect for busy families, professionals, and pet parents who want reliable, consistent support. Whether it's daily walks, overnight stays, home visits, or just some friendly company for your pet, I am here to help keep their routine happy and stress-free. *Please note I am currently unable to commit to overnight stays at pets homes currently. If you require care whilst you’re away, from early morning until very late evening, please message to discuss. Why Choose us? Your pet isn’t just a pet—they’re family. And I treat them that way. We’ve raised large breeds including Saint Bernards, Old English Sheepdogs, and now our loyal German Shepherd x Mali. So I am well-versed in handling strong, energetic dogs with calm confidence and care. No size or personality fazes us—every pet is unique, and I adapt to meet their needs. My Promise to You: Your pet gets my full attention. I never bring our own dog on walks or visits, because your pet deserves our undivided care. I respect your pet’s routine, training, and boundaries—because consistency is key. I reliable, friendly, and genuinely love what I do. Our Services: Dog Walking 🦮 Available in 30- or 60-minute sessions. I tailor walks to your dog’s pace and personality, using the commands they know to keep them confident and secure. 30 minutes: Local walk near home, paw check and clean, water refresh, and playtime or feeding if needed. 60 minutes: A longer adventure outdoors, followed by the same care and attention on return. Drop-In Visits & Pet Sitting If you’re booking for either a 30 or 60 minute walk and you’re puppy is under 1 they will be walked a maximum of 5 minutes per age in months ie 5 month old puppy - 5 minutes x 5 months = 25 minutes. If a 60 minute walk is booked the maximum walk time will be 25 minutes with lots of play inbetween. 🏡 Need someone to pop in during the day while you're at work or away? I offer flexible drop-in visits for dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, fish, and more. This includes feeding, litter changes, walks, cuddles, and quality company. Overnight Stays 💤 Planning a trip or overnight away? I may be available to stay in your home and care for your pet overnight. Due to our own family and pet, overnight bookings are subject to availability—but I can usually make it work! Please do message before booking to discuss further. Whether you have a playful pup, a shy cat, or a furry friend with special needs, I’m here to help. Let’s chat about how I can support your pet’s routine and give them the love and care they deserve while you're away. I can’t wait to meet your four-legged family member!

Safety, trust & environment

When caring for pets in their own home, our top priorities are safety, trust, and maintaining a calm, familiar environment. We know how important it is for pets to feel secure in their own space, so we take extra care to respect your home and stick closely to your pet’s usual routine. We follow your instructions to the letter—feeding schedules, commands, walking routes, boundaries in the home—so your pet experiences as little disruption as possible while you're away. We’ll always clean up after ourselves (and your pet), refresh water bowls, wipe paws after walks, and give your pet one-on-one attention and care. We also understand the responsibility of being in someone else’s home. We’re tidy, respectful, and discreet. Whether we’re there for a quick visit or an overnight stay, you can count on us to treat your home the same way we’d want someone to treat ours—with care, respect, and reliability. Ultimately, our goal is for your pet to feel relaxed, safe, and loved—and for you to feel confident they’re in good hands.

Information Charlotte E. would like to know about your pet

We always want to provide the best care possible, so it’s helpful to know any important details about your pet upfront—especially medical needs, specific routines, or behavioral traits. If your dog is reactive, pulls slightly on the lead, or needs a bit of extra patience on walks, that’s absolutely fine—we’ve had experience with it and completely understand. Many dogs become reactive due to past experiences, and we approach them with calm, confident handling and empathy. Sharing this info doesn’t mean we won’t accept your booking—in fact, it helps us give your pet the most comfortable and supportive experience. We’re also happy to adjust our care for older pets, energetic puppies, or pets with unique needs. The more you share, the better we can tailor our visits to your pet’s routine and personality.

A typical day

A typical day for us is built around the pets we’re caring for. We start early—especially after overnight stays—with morning walks, feeding, and playtime. Throughout the day, we do drop-in visits for dogs and cats, which can include walks, litter changes, feeding, and company. We space out visits so each pet gets our full attention. For dogs, we stick to their usual routine and commands. For cats, we provide calm, comforting care in their own space. In the evenings, we may return for dinner visits or settle in for another overnight, always making sure your pet feels safe and loved while keeping your home clean and secure

Availability

Pet care fits naturally into our daily and weekly routine, thanks to our flexible work-from-home schedules. Between the two of us, we're able to cover early mornings, daytime, and evenings—starting as early as 6 AM and going as late as needed. We plan our work around our pet care bookings, not the other way around, which means your pet always gets our full attention and care. We structure our day to allow time for walks, drop-in visits, feeding schedules, and any specific routines your pet needs. Whether it’s a midday visit while you're at work or multiple check-ins throughout the day, we’re able to accommodate it. We also leave time between bookings to ensure we're never rushed and can fully focus on each pet. Because we’ve always had dogs ourselves—including large, high-energy breeds—we understand how important it is to maintain consistency and routine. That’s why we’re committed to providing the kind of care we’d want for our own dog: calm, reliable, and personalized. With two of us available, we’re able to be even more flexible—so if your pet has a unique schedule, chances are we can work with it
