Hi there! I'm Charlie, and I'm passionate about providing excellent care to your four legged family members. I have been working with dogs professionally for seven years, starting as a dog handler at a doggie daycare, then moving on to teach group classes for puppy training, basic obedience, and agility at a dog training facility, then specializing in puppy socialization at a local puppy dayschool! I value the comfort and wellbeing of any creature I work with, both physical and emotional, which is why I abide by force free/fear free methods. I am well versed in dog body language, have a good understanding of the principles of dog behavior and positive reinforcement based training, as well as early puppyhood development. I'm not just a dog person though - ever since I was a kid, I always had cats! In addition to having my own pet cats, I fostered pregnant mama cats and their kittens. I hope you consider choosing me to care for your best pals!

I care about ensuring that your pet is comfortable, safe, and happy, which is why I use force free/fear free methods in every interaction. Your pet deserves to feel comfortable with me and have their emotional needs respected in addition to their physical needs. And of course, I want your pet to have fun when they're with me! I like to keep things playful and lighthearted on any walk or drop-in. That's the best thing about pets!

Charlie did a fantastic job caring for our two (rather demanding) dogs and bunny during our extended vacation. She communicated and sent pictures regularly, and was very comfortable handling all their needs. We highly recommend Charlie and definitely plan to ask her to care for our pets in the future.
Charlie watched my house and my dog for 10 days. She did a fantastic job with all that I needed at the house and took great care of my dog. She walked him daily. Charlie is a great communicator and was also flexible with my needs. I will definitely call her again!
Our two dogs had a fun time with Charlie and she left the house the way it looked when we left her before Christmas! Couldn't ask for a better sitter!

Charlie is an excellent pet sitter. I received updates with each visit on how my kitties were doing and what got refilled/cleaned/emptied that visit along with some really well shot cute pics of my boys. I would highly recommend booking Charlie!
Charlie is a fantastic sitter, very attentive and communicative during stays. Charlie is always my first choice for new stays now!
