Pet care experience
I was born into a family of dog lovers, and I've owned nine dogs throughout my life. I've also fostered some dogs and helped them find their perfect homes. In my experience, dogs all have a different temperament and should not all be treated the same. Like people, they have their own personality and quirks. I always put that into mind when training or caring for your pets. My own dog is reactive to other dogs, and I have experience with special needs dogs and will use whatever method of equipment or training you find fit for your pet.

Information Charity K. would like to know about your pet
I would like to know the dog's temperament ahead of time and what his/her triggers are so that I can be prepared. Medications and allergies are definitely a need to know. It would help to know if they are food or toy motivated and how they do on a leash.
A typical day
I love to go jogging and have jogging leashes for your pets who love to run! I also have ball throwers and am familiar with many dog friendly parks where I can take them. My dog does scent work, which is incredibly mentally stimulating, so that is something I can also provide. If your dog is reactive to other dogs or people, I know a lot of secluded areas to go walking as well so that their anxiety is reduced. If allowed, I can slowly incorporate reactivity training, which can include simply exposing them to certain stimuli at a distance while creating a fun environment.

Availability
I sometimes work remotely, so I would be able to watch your pet 24/7 at that time. I will update my calendar to reflect the days I am not working remotely.
