Two Caregivers, Loving Care
As dog owners ourselves, we believe in a simple principle: we won't do anything for your dog that we wouldn't do for our own. During the time they're with us, we treat them as if they were our own, with full attention and care. What makes our care different is that your dog gets the attention of two people, not one! Both my spouse and I work from home, so there's always someone around for companionship, playtime, and supervision throughout the day. We also know LA life can be unpredictable, so having two of us means we're able to stay flexible and work around your schedule whenever possible. As a clinical psychologist with a background in behavioral psychology, plus hands-on experience having personally adopted and trained a rescue dog, I understand dogs' needs on a deeper level, from anxiety and attachment to motivation and habit-building. Over the years caring for dogs across LA, we've worked with a wide range of breeds, sizes, and personalities, including dogs with picky eating, excessive barking, or high energy levels, and tailor our approach to each dog's individual needs. Chan and Jibin are absolutely amazing! Harper is slow to warm up to people but they've made her feel very comfortable very quickly and she's done very well under their care. They also respond very quickly and provide regular updates at every visit with pictures and videos. They've also been extremely accommodating to urgent dog sitting/boarding needs we've had, and I could not recommend them enough!
Thank you for taking such good care of our puppy! Chan and Jibin took her on many walks outside and kept her on a great routine.
If I could leave 10 stars I would! Arya was treated like part of the family, I was constantly getting pictures of her on walks, at the beach, in cafes, and playing with their adorable dog Cream. I was nervous trying a new dog sitter but I couldn’t be more happy I found them. I absolutely recommend Chan and Jibin!

Schedule
Schedule Both my spouse and I work from home, so we're available for care any day of the week! Weekdays and weekends alike. This also gives us a lot of flexibility with pick-up and drop-off times, and we're happy to work around your schedule. Whether you need a quick daycare visit or long-term boarding, we'd love to help.

Safety, trust & environment In our home, pets have plenty of space to relax and play, and with two of us around, dogs are never left unattended! You'll get regular check-ins and updates so you can feel confident your pup is in good hands. I follow your dog's routine closely and keep safety top of mind, whether it's leash rules on walks, feeding instructions, or respecting boundaries around other pets (We have three playpens! on hand, so we can easily section off space when needed). Our back patio is fully fenced, so dogs can enjoy off-leash time to run and play safely. We've made sure there's nothing sharp or hazardous back there, and we clean up after every potty break and hose down the area to keep it fresh and sanitary. Neighborhood dogs stop by for potty breaks too, so it's also a great spot for your pup to socialize. Being a typical Asian household, we don't wear shoes inside and that same care extends to keeping things clean for your pup! We vacuum 3-4 times a day, wash food and water bowls after every use, and wipe down paws with baby wipes (dog-wipes on request!) after walks.

Describe a typical day We live right in front of a large park (Van Nuys–Sherman Oaks Baseball Diamonds and Soccer Fields), so your pet will have plenty of space to run and play. A typical day includes lots of outdoor time, playtime, fetch, walks, and cuddles, plus enrichment activities like nose work, puzzle feeders, and Kong toys to keep things mentally and sensory stimulating. There are always friendly dogs at the park too, so your pet will have great opportunities for socialization and making new friends! *If you're booking daycare and/or boarding*, here's what you can typically expect (it may vary slightly depending on how long your dog stays with us): we figure if humans need to pee first thing in the morning, it's only fair dogs get the same courtesy! So we start with a potty break right when we wake up (usually around 6AM), followed by a morning walk, potty breaks roughly every 3 hours (in our fully-fenced back patio), and a night walk before bed. (If your dog needs a different routine, just let us know! We know some dogs prefer fewer outings, while others need more frequent potty breaks, and we're happy to adjust!) We are happy to follow your instructions or stick to their favorite routines.
