As a stay-at-home mom and online college student, I have plenty of time for pet care! I’m available Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM–3:30 PM and again from 5:30 PM–12 AM. On weekends, I’m available all day Saturday and Sunday. My flexible schedule allows me to give every pet the attention and love they deserve.

I always respect each pet owner’s rules, routines, and preferences to the letter. When I care for pets in a client’s home, I treat them exactly as I do my own—with patience, consistency, and love. I follow feeding schedules, medication instructions, and any household rules you have to keep your pets comfortable and stress-free. I make sure their environment stays calm, clean, and familiar, so they feel safe while you’re away. My goal is for your pets to feel cared for, understood, and completely at ease in their own home.

What’s most important for me to know ahead of time are your pet’s quirks and triggers—things that might make them uncomfortable, scared, or defensive. Every animal has their own boundaries, whether it’s not liking certain areas touched, being startled by sudden noises, or needing personal space around food or toys. I also like to know their comfort zones—favorite spots to nap, preferred ways to play, and how they like to be approached or petted, so I can make them feel completely safe and respected. I also have a 6-year-old son who may occasionally join me for short potty breaks or dog walks, depending on the schedule. He’s gentle and calm around animals, but if you’d prefer no children near your pet at all, please just let me know ahead of time so I can plan accordingly. Your pet’s safety and comfort always come first.

I love keeping pets happy and engaged in ways that fit their personality and energy level. For playful dogs, that might mean fetch, tug-of-war, or walks around the neighborhood. For cats, I love using teaser toys, laser pointers, or just sitting nearby while they explore or nap. Every animal is different—some want adventure, others just want cuddles and quiet company, and I make sure they get exactly what makes them feel loved and content. I also welcome any notes or requests about their favorite toys, treats, or activities so I can keep them as happy and comfortable as possible while you’re away.

I’ve cared for animals of all kinds—dogs, cats, ducks, sheep, goats, birds, hamsters, and fish—and have been surrounded by them my entire life. My hands-on experience includes both senior pet care and puppy training. I first learned how to potty train a puppy at 11 years old with my Rottweiler, Odin, alongside my dad. Years later, I trained my Goldendoodle, Peaches, completely on my own at 17 before moving to Greece, she now lives happily with my animal-loving aunt. During my time in Greece, I cared for many stray cats, including one very special girl I named Louloudi (Greek for “Flower”). She trusted me completely, even choosing my lap as the place to begin giving birth. I helped her deliver two healthy kittens and later bottle-fed them every 2–4 hours when she fell ill. Losing her was heartbreaking, but I gave her a peaceful resting place surrounded by flowers, just as gentle and beautiful as she was. My experiences have taught me patience, empathy, and the importance of understanding each animal’s emotional and physical needs—especially those who are scared, young, or elderly. Animals are my peace, my purpose, and my greatest teachers.

I can say without hesitation that Celeste is one of the few people I trust to care for my dogs and that’s saying a lot! I have recently went on vacation for 2 weeks and celeste took amazing care of my dogs. I have a 2 year old border collie and a 10 year old elderly corgi. She fed them on time, took them out, played with them, and loved on them. She is very mindful and gentle. My border collie has anxiety and separation anxiety and she did well with him.
