Dog-lover with a big home and heart
I recently lost my furry best-friend of ten years, Hanna. I would love the opportunity to take great care of your dog. I mostly work from home and have a doggy door to a fenced yard available. I can’t wait to shower your furry friends with love and attention.

This was not a good experience. This sitter only provided photo updates when requested. My previous experience has been that these are provided volunteerily by other sitters on Rover. They did not feed my dogs any treats while they were there for over a week. Both of these things would have only lowered my rating slightly though. The big issue started when they had a stated emergency and had to leave my dogs in the care of a friend instead. They advised me of this only a few days before I was leaving the state so there was no time to rebook somewhere else. I was fine with this though except the quality of expertise of the friend was not great. Both my dogs escaped when I went to pick them up because the friend did not put either of them on a leash and just opened the door and let them run to me. They then questioned how they should try to fix the issue as one of my dogs was running down the street and the other I had lunged at and was gripping tightly to hold back from going on the same oddessy. They also treated me rudely like I was inconveniencing them for being there. I'm not sure if they were getting part of the pay from the billing on this reservation. But regardless they had signed up to help with that responsibility and did not do the professional job I paid for. When you book on here you are paying for everything from the first handoff to the moment the leash is back in your hand. Not just doors being opened suddenly and your dogs flying in all directions.
Cathleen has watched Max several times for us over a few days. He loves coming to snuggle with her and getting her full attention. I would highly recommend Cathleen if you're looking for an easygoing, friendly dog sitter!

She was really flexible with drop off / pick up times! Great communication and I really loved the cute picture of Karma she sent! She clips her own tag to the puppers collar for addition safety and peace of mind which I really appreciated!!

Dates de la garde
I am at home 4 days a week and in the office 3 days. If needed I can come home over lunch and give potty/play break. Access to a doggy door to fenced yard while I’m away is your choice. I have grad school classes on Tuesday and Wednesday so drop off/ pick up needs to happen before 4pm (I’m happy to talk options to make things work :)

I have a fenced yard with covered patio and trees with optional doggy door access. My furniture is dog friendly. Just give me a heads up if your dog could possibly be destructive so I can take preventative measures. I am happy to accommodate medications or special feeding instructions. I cooked a special diet and administered several meds a day for my dog who passed.

Depending on the activity preference of your pet, we can play with toys inside, play fetch in the yard, take walks around the neighborhood, or just nap. I try to stick to what a dog shows me they want to do.
