Catherine is a wonderful sitter - we got pics every day, and our animals loved her. Everything was clean and nice when we returned. We will definitely have her back!

Catherine was two hours late for our meeting before we left on our trip, so we didn’t get to walk her through watering and solar needs. This made us wonder whether this was going to be a good fit. Over the two weeks we were gone, Catherine sent lots of photos and kept us up on happenings at home, which we appreciated. When we returned home, however, we found that items from several rooms had been rearranged, personal items had been used, and a lot of food was gone from the pantry. Catherine had used Dawn dish soap in the dishwasher resulting in the machine overflowing onto the wood floor. We have put a fan on the area to try to control warping. Although we wrote out a detailed schedule for watering, Catherine did not use it, saying that she didn’t water the plants on the covered patio for a week because it had been raining. Our two rescue dogs were skittish and wouldn’t come when they were called repeatedly when we first got home, which hadn’t happened after any of our other trips. Although Catherine seems like a nice woman, we don’t feel she was a good fit for our family. We will not be using her again.
