I’m a Lauren Wendt’s wife and will be available to work with her clients when she is away for field work. Her clients can expect the same level of care and comfort with me. I am only available to sub for her.

A top tier person and dog walker. My dogs always come back for a walk with Cate happy, relaxed, and well exersized.
Cate has been working with dogs for years and is very knowledgeable regarding behaviors and training. She makes it fun for them and loves to take them on adventures. My dogs love her.
I don't trust many people with my dogs but Cate is one of them! I have working dogs that I am very particular about; feeding, exercise, sleep, etc. and Cate is able to accommodate all their needs when I am away. It's so nice to be able to not have to worry about my dogs when I am traveling without them.
Cate is fantastic with dogs and I have entrusted her many times with my dogs. When she is caring for them I never worry about them and know that they are being given the best care! I have also seen her train with her own dogs and she is great!

Schedule
I mostly work from home, and when covering for Lauren I will be available all day, except during times when I can coaching at the university (Monday evenings and Saturday afternoons).

Safety, trust & environment
Our home is very large, with multiple rooms and kennels to give dogs private safe spaces as well as communal time. We also have. Very large fenced yard, and dogs will be supervised in the yard.

A typical day
I love to take dogs on walks and runs, both in our neighborhood and out and about. Our yard is like a fully fenced dog park, and I can play and train dogs there - as well as at the actual dog park. I love to snuggle and groom dogs, and I can even do special fitness sessions with them.
