Cassandra sent us multiple updates and pictures of our dog. She took her on walks and brushed her, and our dog looked happy in the pictures and was happy when we picked her up. Cassandra was great to discuss any concerns we had prior to booking and we felt confident leaving our dog with her. We would recommend her to others and would use her again!
Michael had a great time at Cassandra's. I had given him a bath the night before and was happy to see that he didn't come home a stinky, dirty mess and it appears he got to be indoors -which I was very grateful for. Cassandra said she took him on a walk and that they had a good time. This was a last minute booking and I was grateful to have it work out so well. I would have liked a little more communication, as I have had from other sitters, but I think it went well.
This was our first time taking Claus to Cassandra and everything was great.
My dog was a special case, a large Rottweiler female that had never been away from me. Cassandra was very patient, not to mention brave, but there was only so much she could do with her. She did the right thing. A lot of people would throw up their hands and say, "Never again," but she seems open to the possibility of future attempts. She's tentatively agreed to shorter stays to get Poppy used to being away from me. It is important to trust your dog-sitter to be kind and patient with your dog and I trust Cassandra. She sent me a number of texts during the two days to keep me informed of what was happening. I rate her communications very high and the overall experience very high also. Her dog accommodations are very good: a small, heated room for the dog and a fenced area for exercise. The fence is sturdy with no places for a dog to go through or under.

I am a stay at home mom with a flexible schedule! I am available at all times throughout the day to walk, feed, play with, or just check in on your furry friend!

Safety, trust & environment
I am happy to come by your home and play with your dog inside or outside. I happily play fetch, tug, hide and seek, or any other game your pet prefers. I also enjoy teaching dogs new tricks or rewarding them for the ones they already know! I love walking dogs who are non reactive to other dogs. I can give lots of petting to dogs or cats! If your dog stays with us, they will be treated to their own private room right off the kitchen with a door giving direct access to the yard. This makes bathroom and exercise breaks a breeze! With a completely fenced and secure backyard, your dog is free to roam. Your dog will never be left in the yard unattended. I always provide supervision in the case your dog decides to to try and dig under or climb over.
A typical day
I love to take long or short walks and explore the neighborhoods. If your dog prefers to stay home, we play fetch, tug, and chase! I also love teaching tricks and playing "find the treat/toy". Plus, lots of petting!
