I am self employed as a personal caregiver, housekeeper, air bnb host, pet/home sitter and board 1 families pets at a time in my fenced off, powered, and heated bunkie. I work in the Pictou County district. Having flexibility and time to care for my family and yours is my upmost priority. I visit and attend in your home, for your pet care visits. I but do not stay over night at your residence.

I will feed, play with, clean up after, and walk your pet at no extra charge whilst you are away. I like to customize and stay as close to your pets regular daily schedule as possible. I can go up to 3 x a day if located in Pictou. If outside of Pictou in any of the close surrounding areas, a max of 25 min drive 1 way. I will go up to 2x a day, and becauae their is no fuel surcharge for longer distance clients on the rover app. So, for example; if your located 25 minutes outside of Pictou there will be a 1 hour per visit surcharge required. I will customize and keep my daily fee's as reasonable as I can on this Rover app. Thank you. 😊

I always start with a meet and greet. I do home/pet visits (no over nights) and I walk dogs that are well natured, kind, and must be well trained. If your fur kid(s) have any fears, dislikes, anxieties, or any medical issues I will need this Information in advance, also your local vet and emergency contact information before my home visits.
A typical day
I enjoy spending time with all animals, and I will take notes on what your pets enjoy to do, and what treats, games, and parks, walks, games they enjoy, and make sure they are getting a lot of attention, and one on one time. Catered to them personally.

I have been a pet lover since my young years, and have owned dogs, cats, rabbits, chinchillas, ferrets, fish, and aquatic frogs. My extensive background in pet care, involved giving rescue animals a safe place to reside until rehomed, or I adopted them if they were unwell and no one wanted the challenge. My experience is 35+ years. I own 2 small dogs and a cat as well. I have experience with medication administration. For my own pets, I their nail trims and grooming at home. I definitely, love and spoil my fur kids with good care, and only feed best food, and pure protein treats. You can rest assured your fur kids will be treated as well as my own fur kids when I am caring for them.

We couldn’t have asked for a better person to look after our two dogs while we were away on vacation. She kept us updated every day with little messages, photos, and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind. The walks were fantastic, and it was clear how much care and attention she gave them. Our dogs absolutely loved their time with her and came home happy and relaxed. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, caring, and amazing with dogs!

If you live in the Pictou area I would definitely recommend Carrie-Lynn. She is very professional. I felt very comfortable leaving my dog in her care.
Carrie-Lynn was great with Katy. Photos were sent on each of her visits and Katy didn't even seem to miss me when I was gone. I would definitely have Carrie-Lynn take care of her in the future.
