I’ve been taking care of animals since I got my first dog at 7. I love all animals and enjoy spending time with them. I am a former middle school and high school teacher, currently in graduate school for marine science. I currently don’t have any pets of my own but assure you I will take excellent care of yours. My sister lives with me and her Havanese Sophie is a calm and excellent companion for both cats and dogs. We recently added 3 kittens to our household as well. They are full of energy and love naps and walks outside. We have made sure to socialize the boys and they get along with both cats and dogs. I’m a currently working on completing my thesis for my masters so I am home most of the day. My schedule is flexible and can arrange to stay home when your pet is here if they need special care. I have a large 3 bedroom townhouse. My bedroom is on the first floor with two bedrooms upstairs. Your pet can sleep wherever they choose whether it is in the bed, their crate, or on the sofa. I do not have a fenced yard but love taking long walks and exploring the surrounding neighborhoods. I live fairly close to two dog parks and would be happy to transport your pup in my car for socialization and outings.
