I am perfectly fine with staying or checking on the cat while its owner is away, whether just for the day or overnight. My cat Meow Meow has been by my side ever since my parents brought me home as a baby. He developed cataracts in both eyes and eventually went completely blind and later passed. He is a reason why I care about animals so much. I can do anything such as feeding, changing water, cleaning litter boxes, administering medication, and providing company.
