Hi! I’m Carmen, I am I life-long animal lover and I specialize in caring for small, medium and senior, or low-energy dogs who thrive in a slow-paced, cozy environment. Whether your pup needs boarding or day care, they’ll get lots of one-on-one attention, walks, naps, and a calm daily rhythm. I only take one guest dog at a time to keep things peaceful and personal. I work from home, so I’m around to provide steady companionship, regular potty breaks, and lots of love throughout the day. What I Offer: • One guest dog at a time • Small/medium breeds or seniors only • Quiet, low-stress environment • Ideal for shy, anxious, or elderly dogs • Frequent photo updates • Quick communication • Lots of attention I would love to meet your pup and help them feel right at home. Carmen is absolutely wonderful with our dog, Astro!! She provides such a cozy, friendly, loving environment for him. Astro is a generally shy, anxious, sweet senior dog with some specific needs around arthritis and his gut, and Carmen navigates this so smoothly. Her dog, Cathy, is very sweet and gives Astro the space he needs which he loves. Carmen is wonderful to communicate with and has been very gracious about last minute bookings which we have been grateful for. Highly recommend her to anyone, but especially if you have a shy older dog who needs a quiet place to chill! Our dog has never settled into a dog sitter's place so easily!
Carmen was amazing. Every morning she’d send updates and pictures of Miso.

Programa
I work from home, so I’m able to give lots of attention throughout the day. My schedule is consistent, which creates a relaxed environment for visiting dogs. Walks, meals, and cuddle breaks easily fit into my daily rhythm—and my chihuahua Cathy is always happy to have a friend around. Because I only take one dog at a time, each pup gets focused, attention in a peaceful setting.

In my home, I offer a safe space where dogs can relax. I keep the environment quiet and low-stress, with soft bedding, plenty of fresh water, walks, and companionship. If I’m caring for a pet in a client’s home, I respect their space and routines, making sure your pet feels secure and well cared for in their own environment. I follow feeding, walk, and medication instructions carefully, and I’m always happy to send regular updates and photos so you can feel at ease while you’re away.

I tailor each day to the dog’s energy level and personality. For mellow pups, that might mean slow walks around the neighborhood, plenty of cuddle time, and cozy spots for naps. I also offer play, brushing (if they enjoy it), and enrichment like snuffle mats or food puzzles to keep their minds engaged. I offer companionship and a routine that helps dogs feel safe, secure, and loved. - To give your dog the best care possible, I’d love to know about their routine, personality, and any special needs. Please share: • Their energy level and how they like to spend their day • How they get along with other small dogs • Feeding schedule, dietary restrictions, and any medications • Potty habits or signals • Comfort items (blankets, toys, etc.) • Any fears, anxieties, or behaviors I should be aware of (like barking, chewing, separation anxiety, etc.) I always offer a meet & greet before the first stay so I can get to know your dog, make sure we’re a great fit, and give you peace of mind. I want your pup to feel comfortable and cared for from the very beginning.
