Hi, I’m Carissa! I’ve been a lifelong dog lover and have years of hands-on experience caring for my own dogs. I raised and cared for Carhart, my energetic Jack Russell Terrier, and Chip, my sweet Chihuahua, from adulthood through their senior years. Their different personalities taught me that every dog has unique needs, routines, and ways of communicating. I’m experienced with daily walks, feeding schedules, playtime, basic grooming, administering oral medications when needed, cleaning up after pets, and providing lots of love and attention. I understand the importance of consistency, patience, and making pets feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. As a full-time nanny, caring for others is what I do every day. I’ll also keep you updated with photos and messages so you can have peace of mind while you’re away.
Ratings and reviews
Carissa did such an amazing job watching my 2 pups for a week. I have one giant dog and one tiny one and they both love her. She sent plenty of pics and updates to let me know they were safe and happy. We are new to the area and don’t know many people so it is such a relief to be able to leave them and not have to worry.
Carissa was awesome! She took great care of Lilly: was very communicative and gave me notes and pictures my dog every day, and took her for walks and provided top-notch service!

Schedule
As a full time nanny my schedule is pretty busy! Mondays and every other Tuesday I work 7:30am-5pm and then on Wednesdays & Thursdays I work 11am-5pm and Fridays 8am-4pm

- Before the stay, I’d love to know about your pet’s daily routine, feeding schedule, exercise needs, favorite toys and activities, any medications or health concerns, allergies, fears or anxieties, and whether they’re comfortable around other people or animals. Please also let me know about any training cues, behavioral quirks, or anything else that helps your pet feel safe and happy. The more I know, the better I can provide care that feels just like home.
