Pet care experience
I’ve been taking care of animals for over 7 years for family and friends, and I have a passion for it. I studied animal care at college as it’s always been something I’ve interested in and a genuine love of mine! I have experience with puppy’s as I trained our family dog when we brought him home and have helped other relatives with theirs, but I’d also happily care for a senior dog and go slower at their pace.

Cara looked after our two labs , and house sat for 6 days and nights , whilst I was away abroad for work . Having met her on a home visit - she stepped into the role with ease, following the reams of hand over information we left her !! The dogs were well cared for and Cara had made an effort to have the house looking clean for our return . I really appreciated knowing all was ok during the week. I received a couple of photos , and updates whilst away. I have no hesitation in recommending Cara to others and would use her again . My sincere thanks Cara 🙏
There is no one else I’d rather leave my dog Ronnie with than Cara. Her attention to detail ensures Ronnie is always comfortable and living his best pup life. From his favourite treats to the best walking spots, Cara’s always got it covered. Thank you Cara for being Ronnie’s bestie when I’m away!
I'm extremely picky with who I let look after my dog Florence, and Cara is one of the few who I trust to have her. She is a sweet, kind and polite girl who is a natural with dogs. A typical day
As many walks as your dog requires, wether that’s multiple a day or if they’re a senior dog and need more rest than I’ll cater to there needs. I try to create stimulation activities so get their brains working so they don’t get bored, for example hiding treats for them to sniff out.

Availability
I work Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm doing social media marketing. I’m completely available on weekends. For house sits, I’m happy to be booked on the days I work, as long as your pet is okay with being left alone through the day while I’m in the office, I get one work from home day a week which switches between Monday and Tuesday so on one of those days I will be able to be with your pet for the whole day. But other than that, I have the weekend completely available to be with your pet!
