Your Pet's New Bestfriend!
Pet care experience
I‘ve had dogs and cats my entire life and hopefully forever. I currently have 3 adorable dogs and 2 amazing cats that are apart of my family. I have also cared for other pets in my experience working at a Veterinary Hospital and Boarding House. I worked in the boarding facility as well as the hospital so I’m no stranger to caring for cats and dogs (sometimes exotic animals). I also assisted the techs with various procedures. This means I can administer medication orally if it’s ever needed and I have the knowledge to be aware if something doesn’t seem right about your pet. I was additionally in charge of walking the dogs, even those in e-collars and paw protectors.

I'm really glad I booked with Cameron for a few reasons: 1) All the correspondence and pics were forthcoming to ensure a worrier like me that all the care was there. 2) I know the cats were treated really well because even the super shy one came out of his shell by the end of the booking and it was like I was never gone when I returned - no frazzled faces or wide-eyed wonkiness. 3) The place looks exactly as I left it before I went on the trip, there were NO surprises whatsoever. I will definitely be looking to rebook with Cameron in the future for house sittings/cat care, and if you want drama-free, genuine attention, so should you!
Cameron has taken great care of all 3 of my energetic dogs! We have one 5 year old dog and two 1 year old puppies that love to play and she is great at dealing with each. They are always promptly fed and let out on request and happy when we come home.
I first reached out to Cameron to pet sit for me last summer when my dog, Snickers, needed to be cared for during a few trips that I had planned and my prior arrangements fell through. I am very careful and cautious when asking people to watch her as she tends to be a bit unruly, difficult on the leash, and high energy. Snickers is around 75lbs and very strong. She is very excitable. She will try to lick anyone who she can get close to and tends to jump. She whines and can be difficult to get her attention when she sees another dog. (Reactive but not aggressive). Cameron did drop-in dog sitting for me on multiple occasions sometimes just for a day or 2 others for over a week. Each time that Cameron came to walk and take care of Snickers she was always tentative to her needs and medications. Cameron communicated with me very well, always letting me know she had stopped in as planned, if she was running late, and would frequently send update pictures and sometimes videos! I fully trust Cameron in my home and with Snickers. Knowing that each time Cameron comes to care for Snickers that she is being engaged with, exercised, fed, properly medicated, and receiving tons of love brings me peace of mind that I am able to travel without fear and worry for Snickers.
I have 2 dogs, one a high-energy 1 year old pug, and a sweet but elderly 11 year old collie mix, and Cameron has walked both of them with great care. She knows the pace to set with each of them and how much they are able to do. I trust her everytime, she is truly amazing with them.

My animals play daily and get loads of attention! I would treat your pets the same way. I don’t believe your pets are just pets. They’re apart of your family. All of the animals I’ve had have been treated the same way any one of my human family members are treated. Whatever is needed for them to be happy and content I will help provide.

I am working part-time as a photographer, but I will always have time for any animals! I enjoy early morning walks and afternoon play dates! My daytime schedule is between 7 am-10 pm Monday-Friday. I walk dogs usually between 9 am-9 pm to give myself enough time with each animal. When it comes to your pet, because I have schedule flexibility I’ll be able to drop in whenever it’s needed to make sure things are going smoothly while you’re away. I’ll be able to provide your pet with the snuggles and care that they need all the while keeping you updated with notes and photos so you feel confident and comfortable that your pets are being taken care of properly!
