I have been around dogs since I was 3, when my family got our first dog. We had two dogs total over the span of 23 years and I had strong bonds with both of them, for different reasons. When we lost our second dog in 2022, my neighbors asked me if I would want to watch their golden retriever later that year and since then, I’ve been dogsitting for that family as well as another neighbor. It’s been a great way to get my source of dog love without taking on full responsibility of getting a pup of my own. No major special skills here, but I’ve got a lot of love to give to the canine members of your family, should they be willing to accept it. I’ve yet to meet a dog that doesn’t like me, or is obviously nervous around me, and my family calls me a bit of a dog whisperer for that reason alone. Once you meet me, it will become even more apparent how much I love dogs, and how excited I will be to take care of yours.
