Great communication and prompt responses. The pups and kitties enjoyed snuggling with her too!

Caitlyn was actually my first experience with using Rover, and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to introduce me to it. She made the experience seamless, and we felt confident leaving Moose for the first time. She very clearly is an animal person, it was pretty evident by the welcome she got from our pup! I really appreciated the small gestures, like little photo and video updates to let us know things were going well. Our next trip out of town, I’ll certainly be reaching out to her again.
