Hi! I'm Caitlin. I am 38 years old and the mother of 2 girls (12 and 16). I'm very experienced with dogs and cats. I grew up with cats and dogs and currently am the mom of a 3 year old Cavapoo named Thor. I love animals, and I know how hard it can be to leave them at a kennel or vet's office where they can get sick or scared. I am very responsible and reliable. I work from home and am able to give your fur baby lots of love and attention. If your pup is good with other dogs I’m happy to have them here! I have loved dogs since I knew they existed. We had a few pets before we finally found a good fit for our family when I was a child. At 5 years old, my mom brought home a tiny 5 lb poodle named Muffin. She was 4 at the time. Muffin attached herself to me, and I took care of feeding, taking out, and general care of Muffin. She slept in my bed with me every night until she died at age 17. She was the best dog ever. I waited until last year to get another dog and he’s the second dog love of my life. I genuinely love and connect with dogs.

Caitlin and Thor were amazing repeat hosts for Blanca. They sent daily pictures, and were very communicative and flexible for Blanca's stay.

If you have an aggressive dog I cannot take them into my home. I need to know their ability to get along with people and other dogs. I also need to know their personalities and their routine. If they require special care that’s important too.
A typical day
When your dog stays with me, I give that dog the absolute most love and attention I can give. I will follow your rules as far as whether or not they can sit on the furniture or whether they need to sleep in a crate or in a bed, but if you give me the go-ahead, I prefer to let dogs sleep where they want to, whether it's snuggled up to me, or on the floor, or in a crate. I love walking dogs, so your dog would go with me to the beautiful Senna Hills park down the street for a nice, long, fun walk (always leashed) as long as it’s not too hot for them. It is my priority to make sure your dog is well taken care of and given lots of love! Time I'll spend with your dog if I go to your house: As much time as they need. I would spend a minimum of 30 minutes per visit and a maximum of an hour probably. If your dog needs more than that, they would need to come stay at my house. At my house I’m with them all day. Extra house-sitting services I will water plants and bring in mail.

I work from home but can take frequent breaks. During this time I train, teach commands, let the dogs out to potty and give them attention.
