Pet care experience
Over the last 5 years, I have fostered over 250 dogs and helped transport hundred more to rescue groups up north. I live and breathe dogs. My dog sitting goes to pay for the fostering I do.

He seemed very nice, but his description of the stay did not match my knowledge of Beauregard's personality and behavior at my house. I did not mind if he had to crate him more than just at night or other modifications, but I would have liked to be notified of how things were going, honestly, including how he reacted with the other dogs there. I was told he just wanted to play when I was picking him up, but he was barking and lunging at another dog, which did not look like he wanted to play. Beau is a foster dog that was abused, and I appreciate him watching Beau, but I do not believe he was honest with me.

I have a 3 bedroom home and live by myself. All dogs are kept inside in a comfortable quiet environment. Daily feeding scheduled at 8am and 6pm. Tons of play time whether in the big yard or the small dog area.

Let me know if your pet has any special needs ahead of time. Please have printed medical instructions for me when dropping off your pup. Please bring pre-portioned foods with feeding times clearly marked. Finally, always bring one of your smelly t-shirts and your dog’s favorite blanket/toys.
A typical day
With a half acre yard and tons of toys, dogs enjoy lots of mental stimulation and fun play with other dogs. Having a 3 bedroom home means I can provide a calm quiet environment for those furry friends who are a little more sensitive.

Availability
I work from home infrequently. I am able to provide care for crate-trained pets only. Animals will be crated whenever I am not able to watch them myself—that is while I am at work and while I am asleep. I take safety and security very seriously. I also crate all dogs while being fed.
