We booked a 17-day stay for Oscar and made every effort to ensure the arrangement would work. We confirmed the booking multiple times, including changes to the booking, and received confirmation on each occasion. The final confirmation was on 24 April. Before the stay started, we also shared a detailed Oscar guide, instructions, and videos on 14 May to help make his care as smooth as possible. Five days into our trip, while we were outside the UK, we received a message saying that due to health issues she would no longer be able to continue caring for Oscar and that we needed to find alternative arrangements. I sympathise with anyone experiencing health difficulties, and I appreciate that she communicated the situation rather than disappearing. However, the timing of this cancellation had a major impact on us. We were already abroad and suddenly had to spend an entire day of our holiday urgently searching for a new sitter, explaining Oscar's needs again, transferring all his information, and coordinating a handover while in a different country. What made this particularly frustrating was that this was not a last-minute booking. It was a 17-day commitment that had been discussed and reconfirmed multiple times before the trip. We relied on those confirmations when making our travel plans. Receiving a cancellation after the stay had already started felt like having the rug pulled out from under us at a time when we had very limited options. The experience was also emotionally draining. Instead of enjoying our holiday, we spent a significant amount of time worrying about Oscar's welfare and scrambling to find safe alternative care from abroad. I completely understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. However, pet sitting requires a high level of reliability, particularly for long international trips where owners have very few backup options. If a sitter is going through personal, physical, or mental health challenges that may prevent them from completing a confirmed booking, it would be more responsible not to accept long-term commitments until they are confident they can fulfil them. I genuinely wish her well and hope her situation improves. Unfortunately, the disruption, stress, and uncertainty caused by this cancellation meant our experience was very disappointing.

Felt very comfortable leaving my anxious dog Coco with Brittany who kept us updated with pictures and comments during the day. We had arranged a short meet and greet beforehand which was useful and reassuring as I could see this was an environment Coco would feel settled in.

Brittany was an excellent sitter for my dog, Toby. She sent lots of photos, and kept me well informed of how Toby was and doing over the Christmas period. I would recommend her.

Brittany and her family were truly wonderful with Rio; he was cared for with such kindness and compassion, and he really enjoyed his time with them. I wholeheartedly plan to use her services again!

Chewie had a great day with Brittany! I am so grateful she accepted the booking on short notice and checking that Chewie would be ok with another dog she had im her care. We would definitely use her again.
