Horrible first time experience with Rover. We introduced Briana to our home, 3 dogs, and 1 cat 2 days before we would be gone for a week. We told her where everything is and clarified any questions she had prior to leaving. We let her know our animals could go up to 8 hours before checking in again, she assured us no more than 4-6 hours would pass. On the very first day, she spent the night in our home, and then left the next morning at 630am. Around 530pm, I checked our cameras and realized she never returned to care for my pets, and it had been 11 hours. The weather outside was upwards of 94 degrees, not a temperature I would normally have my dogs outside with. I spent over an hour trying to get a hold of her, through the Rover app and through the cell phone number she provided. The cell phone was turned off. After almost 2 hours, I finally got a call from her and she gave a half excuse without any sense of remorse in her voice. I had her return my house key and immediately stopped doing business with her. Thankfully, I was able to pay my sister and mother in law to take over the rest of the week. Not sure how this person was able to get through the screening process for Rover, but I wouldn't let my worst enemy use her as a pet sitter.

Briana is a pet whisperer. She is very gentle and loving when interacting with animals. Animals trust her and she is trustworthy to care for them. Family and friends think of Briana first when needing someone to care for their beloved pets. Briana is responsible and you can entrust your precious animals to her, she has never met an animal with whom she did not fall in love.
