Thanks for taking care of her while I was away!

Brian was amazing! He dropped in on my cats twice a day, while I was out of town for a week. Everyday, I received detailed reports and great pictures. If I reached out to him to ask a question, he was super responsive. He truly went above and beyond to make sure my fur babies were comfortable and safe. I felt confident with him taking care of my cats and trusted his judgement. I could tell that he genuinely cared about the wellbeing of my cats. I will 100% book with him again and I highly recommend him!

Brian house sat our senior German shepherd Addie and four chickens in our home for 3 days. Brian is organized and did everything we asked. He provided regular updates. Addie was happy with his care. Thanks Brian!

I honestly wish I could leave a more positive review for Brian, but my pet beloved pet died under his care. This is upsetting for me to write, but I feel it is necessary, so I will try to summarize. I booked Brian for 16 days for my vacation beginning on January 25. Upon corresponding and eventually meeting him, I thought that he seemed trustworthy and reliable. He said that he had prior experience caring for reptiles having owned a snake. He was supposed to care for my cat and two bearded dragons from 1/25-2/9. He sent a report card daily and photos of my cat every other day or so. I got home from my vacation last night, excited and eager to see my pets again. Instead, I discovered that one of my dragons, Big Boi was laying in his cage, his body cold and lifeless. This was and will forever be a very traumatic experience for me. I was extremely shocked and very distraught upon seeing him and texted Brian immediately. He seemed surprised as well and came over. He apologized and told me that Big Boi was totally fine before he left yesterday. I could not and still cannot understand what happened. Big Boi was a beautiful, friendly, calm and very healthy 3 year old bearded dragon. He ate greens daily as well as live insects every other day. I always kept his cage immaculately clean and took care of Big Boi as if he were my own human child. Due to the storms in San Jose this week, my power apparently did go out for almost a whole day. But my apartment does not get cold and the lights and heat lamps turn on and off automatically twice a day (On at 6am, off at 6pm), so the dragons are used to having no lights and heat for half a day. Also, my other dragon who is kept in another cage was fine. I can only guess what happened and it’s a nightmare to keep on imagining what may have happened. Was his death an accident? Was he fed something that he shouldn’t have been given? Was it neglect? Was he abused or something more sinister? I really hate to feel this way, but my heart is full of mistrust now. It is very upsetting to spend so much money on a pet sitter and then come home to a dead pet. I can only hope that this serves as a warning to other pet owners. Don’t go on vacation unless you have a trusted and vetted sitter!!

Schedule
I have a lot of free time and can make your pet a part of my for family until you are back. I’d make them feel loved and made sure that they get their exercise.
