Before I care for your pet, I like to learn as much as possible so I can keep them comfortable and maintain their routine. It’s helpful to know their feeding schedule, exercise needs, favorite toys and activities, any medications or medical conditions, allergies, and any fears or anxieties (such as thunderstorms, fireworks, or being around other animals). I also like to know their personality, any training commands they respond to, where they like to sleep, and any house rules you’d like me to follow. The more I know ahead of time, the better I can provide a safe, loving, and stress-free experience for your pet.
A typical day
A typical day depends on each pet’s personality and routine, but I always make sure they feel safe, loved, and entertained. We start the day with a walk or outdoor potty break, followed by breakfast and fresh water. After that, I like to spend quality time playing with their favorite toys, practicing simple tricks or commands for mental stimulation, and giving them plenty of affection. If they’re energetic, we’ll go on longer walks, play fetch, or explore a nearby park (with the owner’s permission). If they’re more laid-back, I’m just as happy to cuddle on the couch, brush them, or keep them company while they relax. Throughout the day, I stick to their normal feeding, medication, and potty schedule, send photo updates to their owners, and make sure they always have clean water and a comfortable place to rest. My goal is to keep their routine as consistent as possible so they feel happy, comfortable, and stress-free until their family returns.

My Experience with Pets Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up caring for dogs, cats, birds, and rabbits, so understanding their needs and personalities comes naturally to me. Over the years, I’ve also pet sat for friends and other pet owners, providing reliable care that includes feeding, walks, playtime, administering medication when needed, and lots of love and attention. My late bunny, Peabody, was a cherished member of my family, and caring for him deepened my appreciation for the patience, compassion, and commitment that every pet deserves. Although I haven’t been ready to adopt another pet since losing him, spending time with animals continues to bring me so much joy. I understand that every pet is unique, and I take the time to learn their routines, preferences, and personalities so they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. Whether your pet is energetic and playful or shy and needs a gentle approach, I will care for them as if they were my own. As someone who is dependable, attentive, and genuinely passionate about animal care, my goal is to give both pets and their owners complete peace of mind.

I have known Breonnah F. her entire life. She has always been a kind, considerate, and compassionate person. She exhibits these qualities to me, friends, family, and pets. Breonnah grew up with cats and learned to care for them at an early age. She learned the proper way to handle them and how to treat them from her parents. She spent ample time at her grandparents home where there was always a dog or two because her cousins next door had a huge German shepherd that hung around, too. Breonnah’s experience with pets continued as an adult when she acquired her own special fur baby. I spent time around her with Peabody and learned a little bit about proper diet, how he liked to play, as well as developed an awareness of when he wasn’t well. Breonnah was always on top of her bunny’s needs and timely addressed them. Peabody felt well loved and lived a long happy life. Having genuine concern for all living beings, loving as well as being responsible for pets are the main reasons Breonnah would be an awesome pet sitter.
