I highly recommend Brenna Pirozok to be an animal caregiver for Rover. She is incredibly reliable—always on time and takes the time to really get to know the animal she’s caring for by asking the owner detailed questions about their habits, favorite toys, and other details that will ensure Brenna can follow the pet’s normal routine as much as possible to limit anxiety and loneliness.Brenna has a natural understanding of animal behavior and takes the time to ensure each pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for. She is calm and patient with pets to ensure she earns their trust on their time. One of the things I appreciate most is her consistent communication—she always sends thoughtful updates, complete with photos and notes that reassure you your pet is in great hands. Brenna is a true professional and an animal lover through and through, and I could not recommend her highly enough.
