I booked with Brenda and paid Rover.com She never called, sent a text, or answered any messages. I was out of state and my dogs did not get fed one day. I would NOT recommend. Zero communication. Very inconsiderate and it put me in a bad spot.
Everything went great! Communication was great! Pics were reassuring. My doggos seemed very happy when I returned from my trip. Hope to utilize Brenda again! 😀
We were very happy with the care that Brenda gave our kitty, and it was wonderful seeing the pictures each visit. I do wish that she had followed my schedule closer, as we were trying to keep as close as possible to his normal schedule.
