Terrible experience! She does not know anything about dogs and obviously has little experience with them. She kept them for a couple of hours and I believe she had them confined to a small area during that time and then called me to come pick them up. They were upset and wouldn't settle down because they hadn't been fed. My dogs have stayed with several rover sitters and all of them have said that they were wonderful and they'd love to have them back but this woman acted like she couldn't handle them. Someone who is good with dogs maybe would have texted and asked why they were asking funny or thought of feeding them. Her apartment is tiny and not set up to have dogs. It seems like this is more of a desire for income than a love for animals.

We were in a bind with a late cancellation and reached out to Brandy. She was able to help us out and we had a great experience with Brandy. Communication was excellent as she provided updates on his well being. Location was convenient to downtown. Will look her up again if we find the need for dog sitting in Greenville.
