1) I have always had dogs. Growing up, my family fostered dogs. As an adult, I have always had multiple dogs from various backgrounds. We have adopted dogs from a local rescue and taken in dogs that have been owner surrendered. 2) Dogs are family. We always treat our dogs like our own children. 3) I am comfortable with any size and any breed. 4) I have been providing pet sitting for family and friends for years. I can bathe dogs, ensure they take any medications if required. 5) I love cats! And I will come to your house to feed your cat, play with them, or sit quietly and let cats come engage. I’ll clean litter boxes!

Betsy is a total rockstar! She took the best care of our two pups while we were away. She took them on walks and made sure they felt loved. I recommend booking with Betsy!
Betsy was so thoughtful and caring of our pets. Our dog has some anxiety, especially around new people. Betsy was thoughtful and caring in the way she approached our dog and our dog warmed up to her. The time and care she put into getting our dog to feel safe around her was just one of the amazing things she did to care for our pets in our absence. I really felt like she loved my pets as much as I did.
My dog family consists of 4 large dogs and they can be a lot of work and needy! I am so grateful to have Betsy’s help because she is so easy to work with and they love her! I know when she is there they are getting the extra attention and love they require! I can actually breathe easier when I am out of town knowing she is dependable and a great communicator as well as much of an animal lover as I am. Thanks for loving my dogs as much as I do!
Betsy is kind-hearted, giving and very good with dogs. I have a Maltese that adores the attention and care she provides. A natural care-provider for people and pets. I would definitely use her expertise and support for your pet’s needs. You won’t be disappointed!
Betsy did a great job looking after my cats. Not only did she feed, water and clean but she stayed a while and spent quality time with them. Also, turned lights on and off for me. She is great with animals and I will be recommending her to all my friends.

I’m transitioning to a position that is completely remote. I have complete control of my schedule. My dream job is to always work with dogs in any capacity. I love providing boarding at my house, but also have vast experience providing housesitting and pet care in your home. I understand dogs need exercise, playtime attention and love.

I have large fenced yard located on a quiet street with virtually no traffic. If your dog loves walks and needs additional exercise. I will guarantee to provide the exercise they require and are used to receiving.

Most dogs enjoy simple play. It could be simply chasing one another, but some dogs are focused on a specific toy. My experience has taught me to let dogs “train me” about their favorite ways to play. My dogs have always been obsessed with balls. Throwing a ball for them to chase and retrieve could last hours. Some dogs may just enjoy exploring new spaces and new smells. I’m always amazed what dog owners can create for personalized play time that is most engaging for their dog. Cats are….cats. I have two with very individual needs and chose to interact with me in their own way. One loves to be held. And will sleep close. He’s full of energy and loves all cat toys but manages to find household items that aren’t specifically cat toys but give him satisfaction and can engage him for hours. He loves belly rubs and some feisty interactions when he wants to “rough house”. I follow his lead. I respect when he needs his own personal space My other cat has mastered to ability to appear nonchalant or uninterested. And can be rather shy.he has to warm up to new people. He’s not afraid to approach you on his terms to nudge you to give him some attention. But he takes time to settle down but is happy to show off his belly and easily relaxes. Every Day household items are the best to stimulate there innate creativity and curiosity.i find it best if they find these secret treasures on their own. Any that can be dangled just out of their paws reach is also a challenge they like to conquer.
