Pet care experience
While I grew up with beagles and then German Shepherds, I adopted my first cat when I was 25. Since then, I have loved more than 30 cats, usually have more than one at a time. I have taken care of dogs of my family and friends since I was a teenage babysitter. I'm a Reiki Master Teacher and I can offer Reiki for pets which may explain while pets tend to sit on my feet when I am with them

Everything went very well with Barbara and my dog Abner. He is a bit shy at first, but warmed up nicely to her. Barbara was prompt on every visit and shared with me how each visit went along the way with some pictures. I definitely would recommend her to anyone that is needing their pet looked after while they are away..

I have a dog crate and smaller carriers to use in my car should I need to transport your pet to go for a walk in a nearby park or a trip to your vet. I will approach your pet gently when entering your home. I will play with them, provide their meals and fresh water, take them for walks with baggies and/or clean litter boxes daily. I will follow your routine to help your pets feel secure in your absence.
