I’m currently in my junior year at KSU for animal science and am applying to veterinary school soon. I’ve worked at a veterinary clinic/boarding facility for three years and am Dog Handler Academy certified. I am give insulin and medications of all kind to cats/dogs. This was my first time using Rover. Ava made it very easy to figure out the platform and scheduling. She is very communicative both before and during pet stays, including being flexible for a Meet & Greet. Izzy, my cat, seemed to warm up to her right away. Izzy is on Prozac, so it was important to get her meds on-time. Ava made sure to let me know if she'd be a little early or late for the visit, which I appreciated. Would book Ava again.
Very reliable and responsive to my texts. We have an old dog and she is very sweet with him. I highly recommend her!
