Austin S. cancelled a booking 4 days before it was scheduled to begin.

Austin did a fantastic job with our 9 month old lab. He has wonderful rapport with dogs and humans. He goes above and beyond to ensure your dog is well taken care of, receives lots of exercise and attention as well as working on issues you're having with your dog. He also sends lots of pictures so you know how well your dog is doing. We highly recommend him.

Austin was great with Roscoe! We felt very at ease boarding Roscoe who doesn't have much experience being boarded. Austin was very communicative and easy to schedule drop off and pick up times, as well as sending us some nice pictures during the day.

I have nothing but good things to say about Austin and our experience with him. He was very polite and professional, took excellent care of my large dog and sent plenty of updates. Shadow came home happy and well taken care of. Will definitely hire again in the future!

Austin was great with our pets! We left our 3 dogs with him, one of which is a senior and on medication, and one who has anxiety around other dogs. He took care of them as if they were his own, and sent home some happy pups! He also watched our two birds for us and checked in on our cat. He is so accommodating and highly responsive. He was awesome and I would recommend him to anyone! I’m looking forward to our next booking!

Austin took our three dogs at an urgent and last-minute request as we had a family emergency, which I greatly appreciated. He also brought our dogs home when we were ready, this was also greatly appreciated as he is about an hour away from us. This is the first time they were away from home and on top of the SNOW and the family emergency it was A LOT for me to deal with. Austin provided updates and photos, when I asked for them.
