Pet care experience
My Mother fostered a bunch of pets while I was growing up. Because of this I’ve had the chance to care of a range of animals, from German Shepherds and Golden Retrievers, to Parrots and Hamsters.

Kai is my 20 year old daughter. We are a family of animal lovers. She grew up with all kinds of family pets from rats to birds, to guinea pigs, cats and dogs. I fostered dogs for Lucky Dog in Pleasanton Ca. much of Kai’s childhood, she would often help me take care of them. Kai learned a lot in working with dogs that came from some horrible living conditions. She was always loving and patient. She is 1 of 6 siblings, and by far she is the most responsible one of the bunch. Of course I am being completely biased when I say I would highly recommend my daughter.
Kai was an absolute delight to have around when we were struggling to handle everything during Covid. She was extremely diligent and respectful of both our dog needs and our safety needs which was difficult to find during the pandemic. Needless to say she was a live saver!!!

I think that pet care should be handled on an individual basis, every dog mom or dad knows their dog best. Overall it’s my goal to ensure I give them as much love and care as you do, exactly how you, or at least as exact as I can be since no one can replace you in their heart!

A typical day
I believe that activity is pet specific, for example some dogs prefer long walks and some wouldn’t go on a walk if you forced them to. With guidance from you I would love to learn the ins and outs of entertaining your pets, whether that’s going on those long walks, or to play at parks or your backyard, even just hanging out with them inside and making sure they’re happy! Ideally I just want to make sure the pets your leaving in my care are both taken care of and loved.

Availability
I’m currently enrolled in college classes, while they might shift slightly I’m free most every Monday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday before 4:00pm. If there’s ever any issue with scheduling I’ll be as prompt as I can in either correcting it, or notifying you ahead of time. All in all, I should have more than enough time to spend with your fur babies!
