Pet care experience
With over 10 years of experience in caring for dogs (small and large), I have a deep understanding and genuine love for furry friends. My experience spans regular dog sitting, and taking care of my own family dog, a Shih-tzu poodle mix that I kept with me in SD for a year. This has taught me how to adapt to different environments and cater to the needs of each dog. What sets me apart is my dedication to ensuring dogs feel comfortable, happy, and loved!

I had a great experience with Ashwini while visiting San Diego with my two dogs. She was punctual (even arrived 10 minutes early!), friendly, and very professional. Communication was smooth and clear, and she made me feel completely at ease leaving my dogs in her care. Her rate was very reasonable, and she returned the hotel room just as I left it—clean and tidy. Most importantly, my dogs were relaxed and happy when I got back. I would absolutely hire her again if I’m ever in the area. Highly recommended!
Ashwini is truly the best! Our plans changed and she was super flexible with us shortening stay. Skye loves her so much. She was great at sending photos and updates, and left the space super clean. I seriously cannot wait to use her again for our next trip! <3

I always ask about: feeding schedules, potty and walk routines, medications & allergies, reactivity/triggers. The more I know, the better I can ensure your pet feels happy, safe, and comfy while you're away!
A typical day
A typical day with your pet starts with lots of love and attention! I always tailor my care based on their energy level and personality. For pups who love to stay active, we’ll go on long walks, play fetch, or explore a nearby park. For more mellow pets, I make sure they get cuddle time, belly rubs, and plenty of enrichment. I also stick closely to your pet’s usual routine: meal times, potty breaks, medications if needed. I want to make sure they feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. I make sure your pet feels cared for and happy, whether that means running around the yard or curling up together on the couch for some quiet time.
