With over 30 years of experience caring for pets, I specialize in helping dogs and cats feel safe, relaxed, and loved while their owners are away. My goal is to make your pet's time with me as comfortable and stress-free as possible. In my home, pets are treated like family. They have free rein to relax, play, and nap wherever they're most comfortable. Every furry guest receives plenty of one-on-one attention, affection, belly rubs, cuddles, and, of course, lots of love. I provide all the essentials, including feeding, walks, potty breaks, playtime, and companionship. Whether your pet enjoys an active game of fetch or prefers quiet cuddle time, I'll tailor their care to their personality and needs. You can travel or focus on work with confidence, knowing your beloved companion is in caring, capable hands. I understand how important it is to trust someone with a member of your family. As a lifelong dog owner and experienced pet caregiver, your pet's safety, happiness, and well-being are always my top priorities. Working with Ashlie was so great! I wasn't sure how my dog would be with her cat and she let us come over early to meet them to see if it was a good fit and it was! She made my first rover experience a wonderful one and I could leave town with peace of mind.
Ashlie was wonderful! Our two dogs were in good hands with her and her fiance. Communication was excellent and responses were prompt when we asked for an update. Photos and videos came throughout which further put our minds at ease. She was incredibly comfortable handling different diets and behavioral differences between the two dogs. We would ask her to watch our dogs again any time, and we know that the two dogs look forward to it as well! They both definitely looked back for her as we drove off at the end of our visit.

Schedule
Pet care is a joyful part of my everyday life, not just a routine. I plan my days around the needs of the pets in my care, making sure they receive plenty of love, attention, playtime, and companionship. I genuinely enjoy getting to know each pet's unique personality and making them feel safe, happy, and cherished while their family is away. I work full-time at an office within walking distance of my home, allowing me to feed and walk my pets every four hours.

Pets
A typical day
I like to start each day with breakfast and a nice long walk to get some exercise. Napping is sure to follow with a calming background of quiet or tv time. We will play and snack, while going out every four hours for potty breaks, until dinner. Depending on the dog's energy, I like to end the day with another walk, ensuring a good, snuggly sleep.
