My name is Ashley, I was born and raised in NY, although I consider Washington DC to be my true home due to spending my 7 University years there! I have a big heart and passion for working with animals, I always grab every golden opportunity to interact with those four legged friends/family members. I have loved animals since I was a child, and my love for animals has grown over the years. I have my own fur-family: a pit-lab mix rescue, and three "former DC street cats" for the past six years! During college I shared a house with roommates and their pets as well, and have had years of experience pet sitting individually, and through Rover as well! Those experiences have been valuable and very memorable for me. I have an extensive understanding of what dogs and cats need – from feeding them nutritious food, administering medication, exercise, and love.
