I am currently in between school and a job, so I have lots of free time to spend with your pets! I go on walks every day, and I often think how much more enjoyable it would be to have a dog with me while I do so! My open schedule also makes it easy for me to do drop-in visits on short notice.

A typical day
I love to take long walks with dogs and let them explore the area at their own pace! I particularly enjoy nearby trails if they are accessible. If they enjoy playing with toys, I will make sure to spend lots of time playing with them in the yard or inside to burn all that energy! For cats, I will take time to make sure they are fed, played with, and given lots of pets!

Pet care experience
I have lots of experience working with dogs and cats! I regularly dog-sit for a relative when she is out of town, and care includes feeding, taking the dog on walks, and play time! I especially love taking long walks through nearby trails. This dog can sometimes be reactive, so I have some experience dealing with reactive dogs on walks. I’ve also owned cats for most of my life! I have experience with feeding, administering medicine, play time, and petting time! I read a cat’s body language well and know when to back off, and I think this allows me to bond with them easily! I also know how to safely handle/pick up cats, but I will never do so without owner’s permission.
