A typical day
I love going on daily walks/runs and since I’m new to Portland I’d love to explore with your pet! Working from home gives me great opportunities to hang outside, have some good play time, and even nice and cozy relaxing time whenever possible :)

Pet care experience
I just moved to Portland and I work remotely so I can definitely spend time with any pets I care for! Growing up my family always had pets and I loved taking care of them! My family currently has one dog and anytime I go back to Southern California to visit I love hanging out with her. Throughout my life I've always been the one to call for pet sitting when neighbors and friends go away on vacation. I really love taking care of their dogs and cats while they're away. Along with helping my friends and family take care of their pets I've also worked at a pet supply store where I interacted with animals daily. Before moving to Portland I lived in Bend where I had a good amount of repeat pet sitting gigs and I loved them like they were my own. Before moving to Oregon I lived in San Francisco for about 12 years. While living in San Francisco I volunteered with the SPCA which was definitely a great experience! I've always loved animals and I feel like I am just happier around them :D

Ashley was amazing! She house/pup sat for us for a full week. She did a fabulous job with our high energy 1 year old lab and I could tell he was happy and tired from all of the walks she took him on. Not only that the house was in great shape when we came back! Not only will we use her again, but we have already rebooked her!
We love Ashley! I’ve been working with dogs professionally for 12 years as a groomer and I’ve developed a good eye for other animal lovers. My standards are pretty high for picking people to care for my own dog, and I could tell right away that Ashely is amazing! Her apartment is right off the freeway and easy to find for daycare. Blüper was comfortable with her right away! Ashley sent us little photos and updates throughout his stay and we can tell that he had a great time with her! She was responsible, confident, laid back, and super sweet. I’d recommend her to anyone! 15/10! ?
Ashley has done a great job again with Gus. She takes great care of him.
Ashley did a wonderful job with Gus. He took to her right away and she treated him as if he was her dog while I was gone.
