Hello, I'm Arwen! As a full-time Personal Assistant who works mostly remotely from home, I'm lucky to have a flexible schedule that lets me be completely hands-on with your pets on weekdays. Because I can easily set up my laptop anywhere with reliable Wi-Fi, I’m more than happy to base myself at your home for a couple of hours during the day if you're particularly worried about leaving your pets alone (we can discuss that more in person). This means your furry family members won't have to spend long hours alone, and I can provide companionship, play, and peace of mind whilst you're away from them. I have been a cat owner since I was a child and have a profound love for animals in general. However, cats and dogs hold a particularly special place in my heart because of their distinct personalities! The lovely Ragdoll cat featured in my profile picture is Luna, whom I adopted when she was 14 months old. Now, at 8 years old (time really flies, doesn’t it?!), she means the world to me, and I cherish her deeply. She is my top priority, and I’m sure you can relate to how quickly pets become integral members of the family. I promise to provide your pets with the same love, care, and attention that I give to my own. My stepmother is a volunteer for Cats Protection, and both she and my father foster cats until they find new homes. This has given me a wealth of experience with cats of different temperaments and breeds. I also frequently dog sit for my friends and neighbours when they need assistance, and I live a very active lifestyle, I love spending time outdoors. You’ll often see me walking or hiking with a dog by my side! I regularly take care of my friend’s two rescue cats, Bandit and Nova. They can be a bit anxious, but I ensure they receive the attention and care they require. You can find their pictures in the clients section here. I look forward to meeting you and your pets!

I care for pets in the pet owners home as I live in an apartment and I don’t have a garden. Also, because of my cat, it wouldn’t be fair to her to bring other pets into her own safe territory.

Another fabulous weekend for Rodney and duchess with Arwen! She looks after them both so well and is such a kind an caring person. She set puppy play dates for Rodney who adores meeting his friend Roxy again and duchess was well loved with some cuddle time. Duchess had some hairballs as she is a long haired cat and Arwen recommended some treats which she then gifted us to try which duchess loves which was beyond kind. We get regular pictures and updates from Arwen and our babies are always so happy to see her when she comes back for another sitting job which makes going away from them so much easier. Cannot recommend Arwen enough! X
Thanks so much Arwen for looking after Archie! It made our trip so much more relaxing knowing that he was being given so much care and attention. We would 100% recommend!
Amazing as always
Arwen was absolutely brilliant! Really helped us out at short notice. Looked after our dog Dottie so well. Lots of walks and fuss. Dottie was pooped and very settled when we got home. Just what you want! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and use Arwen in the future :)
Arwen is lovely and friendly and responded really quickly to my cat sitting request. It was quite short notice but it wasn’t a problem. She came to visit Luna before we went away and we felt very comfortable with Luna in her care. She kept us updated on the app with photos to let us know daily how Luna was doing, which was very reassuring. We would definitely ask Arwen to take care of Luna again in the future without hesitation. Highly recommend 😊
Arwen was amazing! Having only had Rodney for 14wks we were nervous to leave him for the first time but Arwen was incredible we got so many lovely photos of Rodney and duchess and he was taken on walks, puppy play dates and had the best time! We are so glad to have found someone who we can rely on and trust with not only our fur babies but our home as well. Rodney and duchess can’t wait for us to go away for another weekend at this point they had the best time!

Dates de la garde
I mainly work remotely during the week, with flexible working, so I’m able to fit pet sitting in around my job. I’m also an early bird, so I’m up from 6-6.30am most days. I love walking, so I'm outdoors every day.

- Please inform me ahead of time if your pets have any specific needs or health issues. I would also appreciate it if you could provide your veterinarian's information & a carrier for emergencies, as I want to make sure all bases are covered. I'm fond of all breeds of cats & dogs, & I would love to learn about your pet’s favourite activities & treats before we spend time together. Additionally, understanding how they interact with other dogs, children, & other animals will help ensure they have the greatest experience possible.
