I have been caring for pets my whole life. My parents encouraged my love for animals by always letting me bring home animals I rescued. I always cared for neighbors' dogs and house sat while they were away at work or on vacation. I always felt I wanted to go into vet care but I found my way to pharmacy. Now I want to melt that stress away and go back to caring for fur babies. I currently work from home and have plenty of time to have fun and love your little ones. I currently help out mostly Monday-Friday because I know how it was working out of the house and needing daycare. Your babies need a vacay too. I am here to help them have fun and relax. I know that not all fur babies are spoiled the same so please let me know how I can help. I have a fenced in back yard with a puppy of my own to keep yours company. I can crate if needed and tailor each visit to their needs. If feeding is needed at anytime please bring a ziplock bag with babies name on it. My home is their home while here. I currently work from home full time at leisure and have the flexibility to play with pups and have let them have potty breaks as needed. I have a fenced-in backyard and a pup of my own to keep your baby company. I can crate if they are used to that. I do have kitties but they are in a gated area upstairs to give them sanctuary from dogs. lol If it is allowed at home it is allowed in my home too.
Reviews
I would have appreciated more frequent and proactive communication about my dog’s stay. I had to reach out multiple times to check if everything was okay, and I didn’t receive many updates or photos during the stay.
Our pups had a wonderful time at April’s and her family home!!! They received ours pups on a short notice. I want to say Thank You so much!!! Maxx & Lola had fun playing with all the other pups in the backyard.
April and her family have been absolutely amazing with our dog Oliver! In the past, they’ve also watched both of our dogs, and every time we’ve had complete peace of mind. They are incredibly caring, always send daily photo updates, and have a spacious backyard where the dogs can run and play freely. It’s clear they treat our pups like family. We will only use them for any future pet sitting — highly recommend!
This was our first experience with using Rover, and it was amazing! They were very responsive, sent photos, and kept up with our pup's sensitive diet during the stay. Will definitely be booking with April again in the future! Thank you for hosting our big boy.

I have a fenced in backyard and a mini aussie to play with your pup. They are treated just like family. If you have rules ( no furniture/ jumping ) we will inforce them too. We try to make it the same as being at hone for them with feeding and rules.

I love to stimulate your dogs physical and mental needs. We will play games and run around outside in the backyard with friends. We can go for walks and hang around relaxing if needed. Lots of fun with many toys available and snacks if okay by parent(s).
