Hi! My name is Annalyse, but you can call me Anna. I’ve always been an animal lover, my family calls me the animal whisperer. I got my first dog at the age of 8 and I’ve been caring for dogs ever since. In 2021 I began fostering dogs; ultimately I wanted to assist an expectant mother to keep her out of the high stress shelter environment during her pregnancy. My first foster was a German Shepherd, named Dior, who turned out to be falsely pregnant. My second foster was a Labrador, named Bebe, along with her 3 puppies that were very close to 8 weeks. My third foster was a pregnant pitbull that was abandoned on the side of the street in Bethlehem. My local shelter immediately called me as they know I’ve been wanting to experience the process of a dog birth; and of course I accepted. I ended up naming her Gemma. She birthed 9 beautiful and healthy babies with my assistance. All puppies have been adopted now and my family and I decided to keep the mama, Gemma! My Experience with Animals: I have lots of experience with dog-sitting. I have been sitting on Rover since 2020. I have experience with puppies, older dogs, also pregnant dogs. I have experience with cats, small animals such as guinea pigs, bunnies, and fish as well. So Why Choose Me?
