Pet care is woven into the rhythm of our day. If your dog is up for it, they’re welcome to join us on our morning walk to the bus stop, the afternoon pickup, and a cozy evening stroll before bedtime. The adults in our household work from home, so your pup will have companionship, regular potty breaks, and plenty of midday cuddles. When our daughter returns from school, your dog can count on even more love, playtime, and attention. We’re here to make sure your dog feels like part of the family every day.

Safety, trust & environment

Your dog’s safety and comfort are our top priorities. We live in a peaceful neighborhood with beautiful walking paths and wooded trails—perfect for sniffing, strolling, and exploring. Because our community requires leashing, your dog will always be securely leashed during outdoor time. Inside our home, we offer a calm, loving environment where your dog can relax and feel at ease. You're welcome to bring a crate, bed, toys, or anything else that helps your pup feel more at home. We’re attentive to each dog’s preferences and boundaries, and we’ll never push them into spaces or situations they’re uncomfortable with. Whether it’s a quiet cuddle or a playful romp, we’re here to make sure your dog feels safe, loved, and truly cared for.

Information Angela & Paul T. would like to know about your pet

We want your dog to feel safe, happy, and truly at home—so the more we know, the better! We'd love to hear about your pup’s likes and dislikes, favorite toys or games, and any quirks that make them unique. Please share their feeding schedule, preferred treats, walking routines, and anything else that helps us care for them just the way you would. Whether your dog loves belly rubs or prefers quiet corners, we’ll tailor our care to their comfort and personality.

A typical day

From the moment your dog arrives, they’re part of the action. Mornings begin with tail wags and breakfast, followed by a neighborhood stroll to greet the day (and maybe the school bus). We mix in playtime—think tug-of-war, puzzle toys, or a good old-fashioned game of chase in the yard. Midday brings a mix of calm and connection: cozy naps near our desks while we work from home, belly rub breaks, and quiet companionship. If your pup’s up for it, we might explore the wooded trails nearby or practice a few tricks for treats. Afternoons are when the energy picks up again—our daughter returns from school, ready to play, snuggle, and share her day with a furry friend. Evenings wind down with a gentle walk, dinner, and a comfy spot to rest. Whether your dog is a social butterfly or a mellow lounger, we’ll match their vibe and make sure they feel right at home. And in the summer? If your dog enjoys water adventures, we’d love to take them to the beach or out on our boat for a breezy ride. We tailor each day to your dog’s personality, making sure they feel safe, loved, and joyfully engaged.

Just a fun dog-loving family

Pet care experience

Our family knows the deep joy and companionship that dogs bring—and the ache when they’re gone. After the loss of our beloved dog, our 8-year-old daughter has been eager to share her love and care with your pup. With our full support, she’s ready to pour her heart into making your dog feel safe, happy, and loved. Her promise to you: “I will entertain your dogs with special dog games, and I will always make sure your dog has time to play. I will make sure your dog is safe and I will not let your dog into any danger zones or anywhere they do not want to go.” As parents, we bring years of responsible pet ownership and a nurturing home environment. We’re attentive to each dog’s unique needs—whether that’s gentle care for seniors, playful energy for puppies, or simply a quiet cuddle. What sets us apart is the blend of youthful enthusiasm and adult reliability, creating a loving, safe space where your dog is truly part of the family.

Cody had a wonderful time staying with Angela and Paul! It was easy scheduling a meet and greet, and they were very flexible with pick up/drop off times. They were attentive to Cody’s dietary restrictions, and their daughter immediately made Cody feel right at home. They made us feel so comfortable throughout his stay, sending lots of photos and updates. We would definitely bring Cody back to stay with them again!

The family was fantastic in taking care of our dog. They gave regular updates with pictures and seemed to treat our dog with the same care we would. I would highly recommend!

Angela and Paul were excellent hosts for my dog. Very friendly and attentive to my dog’s needs, not that he had any complicated needs. The star of the show is their little girl who loves doggies and is eager to learn and be a valued caretaker of dogs. I highly recommend this family in Hingham to you. Kevin
