Hi we're Andrew and Shizu! We both had family dogs growing up and have had our Millie for 2 years since we moved to this area. We both work full time from home and can give our fullest attention and make sure they're never left alone!

I couldn’t be happier with the care my dog received during her week long stay. Communication was excellent throughout, I received daily updates and reassurance about my dog’s wellbeing, which meant so much to me. She was never left alone, ate really well, and her dietary needs were followed perfectly. I could tell she was genuinely cared for and comfortable the entire time. They were also incredibly kind and flexible when I missed my flight and needed to extend the stay by an extra day, I’m so grateful for that understanding. We will definitely be seeing Andrew and Shizu again. Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of my dog!
We’ve just had our dog stay with Andrew and Shizu for the first time, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for more. They are such a lovely couple and treated our Ozzie as if he were their own. We received regular updates while we were on holiday, which was so reassuring and lovely to see. Ozzie looked so comfy and they were accommodating to his neediness. They’re absolutely perfect we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them! Millie they’re cute Cavalier is also super friendly. 💛🐾
Our Bichon, Kobe had an amazing time with Andrew and Shizu. Kobe was well looked after and fed well considering Kobe is a fussy eater. Kobe has become a good friend of Andrew.Will definitely be sending Kobe to Andrew and Shizu
Andrew helped me at the last minute. Trust him completely with Kolbe. Received lovely updates throughout the day. Will definitely take Kolbe back again.
I have left my 10 years old Bichon with Andrew and his partner and he had a brilliant time. He was well looked after and Andrew has sent lots of photos of Puffy on his walks or while resting. Will definitely use thei services again and recommend to everyone. They have also have a lovely and friendly dog.
Andrew, Shizu and Millie took wonderful care of our dog during our summer holidays; from the moment we interviewed, dry-ran and booked, communication was prompt and professional, and while we were away they sent us daily updates with photos and video's that made us feel completely at ease. Our Shih Tzu came home happy, relaxed, and maybe a little disappointed that his own holiday with Millie was over (we think he got far more belly rubs than usual!). It’s clear he was cared for the whole time. We’ll definitely be booking again — highly recommended!

Work full time but from home so we can accommodate playing and giving attention throughout the day as well as early morning, mid day and evening walks

We live in our flat where dogs have the full place to explore or fall asleep. The flat is kept chew-proof with nothing low or on the floor. We're happy for dogs to use the couches or bed to sleep and relax

Your dog can join our Millie on her daily walks and play together in our large local park with plenty of space to run and chase or retrieve the ball. We are available to take them out for the loo as much as they need. When indoors we have a number of toys to be played with and regularly do small training sessions where they can earn some treats, or play "Find the treats" to provide that extra bit of mental stimulation. There's couches and beds for them to go wherever they please and find the right sleeping spot.
