Safety, trust & environment
During home visits, I can stay for 30 minutes, 1 hour, or overnight, depending on your pet’s needs. Visits include feeding, providing fresh water, cleaning litter trays or small pet cages, letting dogs out for toilet breaks and walks, playtime, companionship, and plenty of attention. I’ll ensure your home is kept tidy and secure and keep your pets’ routine as consistent as possible. I can also administer basic oral medications if required, collect mail, water plants, and take out the bins while you’re away.

Andreia was patient with twinkle as twinkle doesn’t warm up to new faces easily and would keep her distance. Twinkle has gotten used to seeing her come to the house when I’m away on holiday. I appreciate her patience with twinkle
Andreia has just spent 2 days house sitting for my elderly cat she was constantly sending me up dates and pictures to reassure me and promptly messaged me back when I sent her a text message , Andreia was very helpful in bringing in my parcels and left our house clean and she was respectful I’m very pleased with the care she gave to my cat and will contact Andreia again if I need her to look after my pets , the only improvement I would suggest is that I booked a start time for 10 .30 am and the night before I was in a bit of a panic as Andreia changed the time and we were due to go on holiday however Andreia did arrive at the changed time very promptly and was excellent all throughout her looking after my cat Thankyou Andreia. Very happy 😊😀

Andreia was a fantastic sitter! She gave me updates everyday on my cat, and Cana we he was very happy and content with her visits too! Would absolutely recommend Andreia to anyone using the service!
Really shocked that Andreia went through my cupboards and made herself food from what I had in. This included going through three eggs, a packet of microwave rice, half a tub of Pringles, opening a fresh nice packet of new scones as well as finishing off my bottle of squash. She washed a pan however this still had egg remnants on the side, and then left the remaining dishes in my sink. I am really disappointed and on edge not knowing what else they went through in my home. I appreciate she helped me last minute with dog sitting but this is next level. She had the heating on full blast today (I get it, please do put the heating up a bit but don’t make my house a sauna at 23 degrees as a terraced house). I am really uncomfortable from this experience and will not be recommending her on to others. I pay someone to look after my dog, with my dog at the forefront of their interest. Instead I have paid for someone to come to my home, increase bills, use my food, leave dirty washing and who knows what else.

I’m generally available mornings, afternoons, and evenings by arrangement, and I’m happy to discuss your pet’s individual needs to make sure they receive the best possible care.
