Hi! I’m Andrea, and I have 15+ years of experience caring for dogs and cats, from high-energy working breeds and giant breeds to seniors, puppies, small dogs, and cats. I also have experience caring for special needs pets with medical requirements. I’ve spent 6 years working professionally as a Certified Veterinary Assistant in multiple veterinary hospitals across Miami, in addition to dedicating over 1,000 volunteer hours with veterinarians and rescues. My experience also includes positive reinforcement training and fostering pets through Miami Animal Rescue. I have a deep love for animals and tailor my care to each pet’s unique needs. I’ve been using Andrea for dog care with my pit mix Meech, who’s pretty reactive and stubborn. Honestly, I’ve seen such a big difference in her since she started spending time with Andrea! If your dog enjoys trips to the park, we can head there, but if they’re not comfortable with other dogs or prefer staying at home, I’ll keep it calm and fun with individual activities. For more relaxed dogs, we’ll have lots of downtime with cuddles, gentle play, and naps. The playtime can be anything your dog enjoys, from interactive toys to light training sessions or even just lounging together. Whether your dog is high-energy or loves a quiet day, I’m happy to adjust to their comfort level, ensuring each day is filled with fun and care that suits them perfectly!
