Caring for pets is my love language
My husband calls me Snow White because not only do I love all animals, but they also seem to gravitate towards me. I grew up with pets, starting with the sweetest orange tabby cat and the world’s most intelligent Sheltie puppy. I was lucky enough to have these pets my entire childhood, and it gave me first hand experience with becoming a responsible pet carer of animals both young and old. I began sitting for neighbors’ pets when I was 13: this included caring for pets of all ages and dogs of all sizes, indoor and outdoor cats, hamsters, chinchillas, ferrets, fish and even chickens. I have experience bathing and grooming dogs and cats, administering medicine and caring for pets in ill-health and those recovering from injuries (although I hope your fur babies are healthy!).

Building trust is important and I believe it’s essential that I meet your pet where they’re at. If they’re shy, I’m more than happy to patiently let them get used to me. And if they’re high energy and want to play for hours, I’m ready! Whether they’re a cuddle bug, an adventure junkie, or a little shy, I work to make sure your pets feel comfortable and safe with me.

Andrea did an excellent job watching my cat while we were away for a full week. My cat has medical needs and Andrea was able to come twice a day to give her liquid medication with her food. I would highly recommend Andrea!
Andrea was wonderful. This was our first time leaving our puppy for an extended period, and she made us feel comfortable enough to actually enjoy a night out. She was flexible with our fluctuating schedule and kind in every interaction. Our puppy loved her, and the ample updates and pictures showed it—they became friends fast, and our pup was always excited to see her come through the door. A great experience all around. We’ll be booking with Andrea for anything we need going forward.
Andrea is so great with our cat Tabasco! She goes beyond with her detailed daily notes and photos and ensures Tabasco gets to spend enough time outside in his balcony perch and gives him all the pets. We highly recommend Andrea. She is our first pick whenever we need a sitter!
Andrea took excellent care of our three cats while we were away. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled, and it was clear the cats were comfortable and happy with her. We’ll definitely be booking her again!

Schedule
I am usually available for walks or drop-ins before 9am and after 5pm most Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, and any time on most weekends.
