Welcome to The Dog Park
Both my husband and I have our Canine Emergency First Aid and CPR certification. For pets, we had a Belgian Malinois that required substantial engagement and exercise, to now just requiring short breaks. Whether your dog is super active, somewhere in the middle or just prefers a comforting environment, this is your spot for an anxiety free experience.

Andrea is a wonderful dog sitter. We were comfortable leaving the dogs within the first minute of meeting her. She and her husband Dave treated our dogs as if they were their own. Both our pups came home tired and very happy from getting to run and play on the large property. If you are going to Vancouver Island, my family highly recommends your pups stay with Andrea!
Andrea was amazing and offered such a tranquil and comforting environment for Vicky that I felt that she didn't want to leave! Thank you!

Sure lovely people Totally felt comfortable leaving my early dogs with them They were so good with just chilling with them and taking into consideration of there issues such as there not hearing and not very good sight. They sent me pics on how they were doing to see me at ease and my dogs feel comfortable in the presence of.. would use them again in a heartbeat ❤️
I was nervous about leaving my dog with Andrea as the last (and only time) I had left him (other than with family), it was clear that he was highly anxious the whole time he was away. However, I had no choice as all my family was going to my son's wedding soooo . . . time to try again. BOARDING WITH ANDREA WAS THE BEST DECISION I could have made! Her house/yard is doggie heaven and it was so clear by the pictures she sent and the way she talked about him that he was very well cared for and having the absolute best time. I was worried that when I came back, he wouldn't want to come home!! We will 100% be booking again. I feel so relieved to have found someone that I fully trust to not just care for him but who actually likes him! Awesome experience!
Our dog had a wonderful time running safely in Andrea’s spacious yard and being gently looked after by her and her family. The many photos I received and how deeply my dog slept after coming home said it all. Highly recommended!

Dates de la garde
I'm home 24/7 and would love to share our new found acreage with pets in need of an outdoor piece of heaven while parents away or just need to run some errands. PLEASE NOTE: Boarding rates are for a 24 hour period. If looking to book just an overnighter (5pm - 9am), you can select the dog boarding option and we can edit the times accordingly. We are 5 minutes off the Inland Island Highway (Hwy19), so if you're traveling up Island to mountain bike or ski for the day or weekend, we are conveniently located for easy drop-off and pick-up on your way.

Sécurité, confiance et environnement
The majority of 20 acres is fenced (but not secure), flat, treed for abundant shade when required and has over 2km of walking trails. We also live on a very quiet street with very little traffic for longer walks. You can also feel comfortable knowing your dog will be fitted with a GPS tracker and high visibility gear during dark morning and night walks.
Une journée type
We have over 2km of walking trails that meander through the property. Will be building an agility course soon and have a lot of space for catch, hide and seek, search games. We have a dog wash station with hot/cold water for bath time if required. So far, the majority of dogs prefer to just play outside, but are more than welcome to come in the house and have a rest.
