Based in Jax, I have over a couple dozen years experience of dog walking, cat sitting, housesitting & petsitting in the owner's home. I can check on pets during the day and take them for short "potty" breaks while you're away from home. I understand and easily follow detailed instructions for feeding, medication, and even watering plants. Meet & Greets are encouraged! I am ok over 100 miles for overnights. Why I love dog sitting I (Amy) had a wonderful large dog growing up on a farm. We also had cats, hens, and rabbits. I love warm blooded animals and enjoy treating them like family. My girl (Gracie) was a Craigslist rescue because she failed as as hunting dog. My boy (Thunder) was a starving stray at the farm who was begging for love and a job! My pets have all crossed the rainbow bridge. two Siamese boy cats and the two adult dogs on the profile. My experience administering medication Oral and topical medications are easy for me, but injections will be left for the owner.

I can easily release and crate your dog. I’m well versed in leashing and harnesses. I can coax the shyest of cats out with toys and snuggles.

I was in a bind and need to find daycare for my dog last minute. Luckily I found Amy. We didn't have time for a proper meet and greet until the morning I dropped my dog off. Although her house is small and the backyard is not pristine, the things that stood out the most for me was Amy's knowledge of how to introduce Molly to her two dogs, the way she has set up her house to accommodate her cats' and dogs' needs, and how calm and socialized her dogs were.
Amy was very responsive and caring for our energetic puppy. She took him for walks, and ensured ample play and rest time. Would recommend her!
The boys loved Amy. We were traveling thru Boise and hired Amy to sit the dogs in our vacation rental to give ourselves a night out. Amy clearly loves dogs and we felt fortunate to find someone we immediately trusted to leave our dogs with.
Amy was great, our goldens were well cared for. She sent pictures of the dogs on their walks and there were no problems at all. Would use her again in a heartbeat.
Amy was great! Our dog is only 1 yr old, and bit high energy, and her home provided plenty of entertainment between the two other dogs, a great backyard for play, and lots of walks.
Amy did an amazing job with Seuss! We received plenty of photos to let us know that he was having a great time, and Amy provided wonderful feedback about the pup and some things we can work on with him. She's very knowledgeable and loves animals. I'd highly recommend her.
