Loving Family Home w/ Large Yard
Hi! I’m a registered nurse with 20+ years of hands-on dog care experience, including large breeds, seniors, and dogs with medical needs. I’m comfortable administering oral and subcutaneous medications and providing calm, attentive support for dogs who need a little extra care. My husband and I both work from home full-time, so visiting dogs are rarely left alone. We genuinely love having dogs in our home, and every pup is treated like part of the family. We have three children who have grown up around dogs and love giving them attention. We also share our home with River, a calm and nurturing Siberian Husky. She previously had puppies and has that steady and patient “mom energy.” She is now spayed, well-socialized, and truly loves welcoming new canine guests into our home. For overnight stays and daycare, we accept only a small number of well-matched dogs to maintain a safe, low-stress environment for everyone. You’ll never have to wonder how your dog is doing. We believe great communication is just as important as great care. For first-time guests, we send an update shortly after drop-off so you know your dog is settling in comfortably. Daycare clients receive a Rover Card with photos and a recap of the day, and boarding clients receive a detailed nightly update with observations about their dog’s activities, meals, rest, and overall experience. We love taking photos, so you can also expect plenty of snapshots of your dog’s vacation with us! We offer meet-and-greets at our home for all new clients and would love to meet your pup! Our home offers: • A large, fully enclosed backyard • A shaded California room with summer cooling options (kiddie pools + misting umbrella) • Spacious indoor areas for relaxing or taking quiet time • Easy access to the yard for potty breaks throughout the day I know how much trust it takes to leave your dog with someone else. My goal is to provide attentive, dependable care in a warm family home.

Amy and Justin took care of fur baby while we were away. They took a great care of Snoopy. Felt him comfortable, teach new game , provided daily updates and answering promptly for every queries we had while we were away. I will highly recommend to Amy and Justin. Amy & Justin are excellent! My spoiled standard Poodlejust becomes part of their family when she’s there. I have now used them multiple times this summer and I will continue to. They have been very accommodating with my weird schedule. Bella is happy when we get there so I know her treatment is excellent. Bella is not demanding, she just wants to be in the same room as you and get some love. Their home is the perfect place for her princess needs. Plus I’m pretty sure Bella adores their young daughters. I have tried multiple Dog Sitter‘s (not on Rover) this summer after inheriting Bella, when my father passed away. I decided to try Rover and was pleasantly surprised. Very easy to book and seeing past reviews was helpful. I really appreciate that Amy & Justin needed to assure my dog was a good fit for their own family beforehand. Bella comes home tired, happy and in good spirits. Could not ask for anything better than that!
Nala had another great stay with Amy and Justin! We are so happy we’ve found someone who provides a nurturing home away from home for our pup when we are away. Nala seems so happy when she stays with them and is well cared for. I highly recommend Amy and Justin!
Amy and Justin took great care of my boy, and provided detailed updates of his days at their place. They also sent multiple photos at the end of the day, which was very nice to see my boy while he was at their place. At the end of the day, I learned about what he was up to throughout the day and who he played with which was super cute. I definitely felt safe leaving my boy at their place and would bring him back if we need another Rover in the future! Thanks again Amy & Justin
Amy and Justin are incredible dog sitters. They were very responsive and communicative. I received updates with several photos daily, which gave me a lot of peace of mind and always made me smile as I looked them over. Our little Heidi had an absolute blast with them and slept for days after making new human and doggie friends :) I even asked if they would be willing to extend her stay by a day and they responded right away that it wouldn’t be a problem. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who wants very responsible dog lovers to watch over their pets!! I hope Heidi gets to play with their kiddos and sweet River again soon! :)

Schedule
We provide a predictable daily rhythm while following your dog’s usual routine as closely as possible. We will also follow your dog’s cues for potty breaks, play time and belly rubs so that they are as comfortable as possible during their stay.

Safety, trust & environment
As a lifelong dog owner, safety and trust matter deeply to me. We require meet and greets for new clients, and dogs are introduced gradually so everyone feels comfortable. I check in with each visiting dog throughout the day to make sure they’re adjusting well and getting the right balance of attention, play, and rest. I also send daily photo updates so you can see how your pup is doing, and you’re always welcome to check in anytime.

A typical day
Dogs here enjoy playtime in our enclosed yard along with neighborhood walks for enrichment. Overnight guests sleep in our room and start the morning with a gentle check-in. During the day, your dog stays near me in my office with their own bed and toys, with opportunities for play, rest, and quiet “me time” whenever they need it.
